To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@auravessa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
